Fair Deal Rebrand

A new brand has been created to raise the awareness of Fair Deal.

The Brief

To raise awareness of Fair Deal within the local community and be recognised as an organisation that provides assistance and support for people with learning disabilities, older people and young people.

We created a new brand logo, strapline, website and stationery. The objective was to create a new brand which embodies the services and values of Fair Deal. We designed a colourful logo with a strong statement that fits within the social care sector. During the initial stages we explored using illustrated icons to represent the different services on offer. We decided to create a device that would encompass all the services available and to be able then, through colour association, identify the services in other created material. By using connected jigsaw pieces in a circle we show how each service is connected and compliments one another as a whole. It was vital the business objectives were met and approved by the board members.

The website is proving to be a great success. The use of imagery, and video fits perfectly in the social care sector and local community. It shows the stories of people in the community whose lives are changing because of the services and support of Fair Deal. We are all delighted with the results of the new brand. A new brand is not just about the process of designing a logo. Fair Deal worked tirelessly to collate all the new content for the website as well as creating new internal documents and email signatures.

strachangray creative have taken many organisations on the journey of creating a new brand. It is amazing to see the all the hard work coming to fruition. We are part of their team and have enjoyed every stage of the process. We are all very proud of the work and design process. Our enthusiasm never changes when Ann Marie gets in touch with us to work on another project.
